Three-member French parliamentary group in Nepal

Three-member French parliamentary group in Nepal

A three-member delegation of the Kathmandu-French Parliament will visit Nepal.

The French House of Parliament will be on a ceremonial visit to Nepal on August 18( February 1).

The group has two women MPs from the ruling Republic N Marche and the Republicans from the Opposition Party.

Parliamentary Troupe General Of France Parliament official Pascal Marchen will be a participant.

The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Speaker of the House of Representatives Agniprasad Sapkota, President of the National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, Chairman of the Nepal-France Inter-Parliamentary Group and Chairman of the UNIFIED SOCIALIST Madhav Kumar Nepal, Foreign Minister Narayan Khadka, Mayor of Lalitpur Municipal Corporation Chiribabu Mahjan Lagyatsang.

Vinod Khakurel, president of the French Nepal Friendship Association, informed the media about the cancellation of his visit to Hrahule Ahilesam.

After visiting the Parliamentary Group, the Embassy of France and the Ministry of External Affairs will give formal information to the Ministry of External Affairs about the increase in infection in Nepal on Covid-19.

The parliamentary group will hold a formal visit on the same day of the month and 21st of next month.
